The historic town of Dillon is nestled along Highway 6, between Lake Dillon and Keystone. As you enter the town, you will recognize modern retail stores and the county’s only movie theatres. A town with an interesting past that dates back to the 1880’s, Dillon originally sat at the convergence of the Blue, Snake and Ten Mile rivers. In the early 1960’s, its residents were forced to move to create a water supply for the city of Denver.
